Davena's Story

Back in my Vendair Vending days in Evansville, Indiana, I was the go-to person, handling everything from sorting out driver paperwork to ensuring hospitals had the imaging supplies they needed. It was a hands-on learning experience and laid the foundation for the challenges ahead.

When I moved to Atlanta, I joined the Coca-Cola family. At Coca-Cola Refreshments, I found myself coordinating sales activities for over a hundred reps. That hustle and heart caught the attention of the execs at The Coca-Cola Company. Suddenly, I was juggling calendars for 5 VPs and collaborating with a dynamic team in a division where I learned marketing & sales.  Along the way, I was lucky to receive some nods of appreciation for my work, including some exciting projects with big names like Disney and Universal Orlando Resort.

On the side, my love for beauty and storytelling sparked the idea for The B. Rose Collective LLC. It wasn't just about selling beauty products; it was about helping people tell their stories, whether through a revamped resume or a snazzy website.

Today, I’m part of the incredible Microsoft team. Working remotely from Atlanta, I dive deep into the world of Retail and Consumer Goods. With a fantastic team of 900 and over 300 accounts to look after, every day is a new challenge and learning opportunity. It's been quite the journey from Vendair to Microsoft. But through it all, my goal has been simple: grow, learn, connect, and make a positive difference wherever I can.
